Mr Grzegorz Kalita (m)

Greg sees patients for Minor Ailments on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. He can see and treat the ailments in the same way a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner would. You will be directed to Greg wherever possible first.

He assists the Practice Team with prescribing and works closely with the Doctors on Repeat Prescribing. He also reviews patients who have recently been discharged from hospital to ensure they understand the new medications which may have been started.

Community Midwives

There is a Community Midwife attached to each practice who will look after and advise on pregnancies. They are based at the children’s centres across the city but please contact reception for the details.

Community Nurses

Community District Nurses are attached to the practices to provide care to permanently housebound patients or to those temporarily housebound due to surgery or hospital stays. Please contact the surgery to leave a message for the team or if in an emergency contact 0845 67 10 270.

Health Visitors

We have Health Visitors who are attached to the practice and will help and advise parents on any issues they have with children up to five years of age. They are based at the Westbourne Unit at Scott Hospital or can be contacted through the Children’s Centres across the City but do collect messages from the surgery.
